Hi,  I'm Dr. Erica Jordan-Thomas!

Hi,  I'm Dr. Erica Jordan-Thomas!

I am an award winning educator and entrepreneur. My experience in education includes serving as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and principal. In 2017, my heart told me there was something bigger than what my paycheck was showing me AND it still included serving kids and my community. I took a leap of faith and started my education consulting business. Fast-forward to today, I have worked with hundreds of clients across the country including school districts, education organizations and higher education institutions and my business is bringing in multiple-seven figures.

Before I started my education consulting business, I had no idea that my business could make in a week what I used to make in a year in my 9-to-5. The freedom I have discovered through my business is the freedom I wish for every educator and why I have worked with over 400 educators across the country to grow their seven-figure education consulting businesses. I have helped my clients:
  • Go from a business idea to four-figure months
  • Go from being laid off from their full-time role due to the pandemic to hitting seven-figures in their business within a year
  • Secure a five-figure contract that allows them to provide for their family with ease
